Due to the nature of how downloads are processed and services are rendered, there is a general “no refunds” policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contents of their cart are correct. Every precaution is made by Sexpressed to ensure an easy transaction experience where the amount of goods purchased and the price of those goods is prominently displayed before any payments have been processed.

Downloadable Content

When you pay for downloadable content (“DC”) from Sexpressed we assure you that the content you receive is the content you expect. If for whatever reason the DC you’ve purchased is not the DC you receive please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page and we will make sure that you get the content you have paid for. It is our express intent to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Talk To Scott Services

When you purchase a Talk To Scott package (“TTSP”) you are arranging a time and method to meet with Scott. You receive specific instructions after payment on how to engage with Scott during this time period and are expected to be on time for your meeting. If you do not show up for your meeting there are unfortunately no refunds and you will have to purchase a new TTSP if you wish to reschedule. If you are going to be late or otherwise need to postpone your meet you can notify Scott directly by following the instructions in your e-mailed receipt for your TTSP. However, please be advised that although Scott will make every effort to postpone your meet to a later date, if a time cannot be coordinated successfully your TTSP purchase price cannot be refunded.

If Scott needs to move or postpone the chat agreed to by you purchasing a TTSP, either an agreed upon postponement can be established between you and Scott or a full refund will be given.

There are no guarantees given for the results of your TTSP, only that Scott will meet and chat with you at the specific time and using the specific method agreed on by you purchasing a TTSP. Therefore if Scott fulfills his obligation and chats with you at the specific time and using the specific method agreed on by you purchasing a TTSP, the service will be considered rendered and there can be no refunds.


If you decide to make a donation to Sexpressed by using the donations form at checkout, you are agreeing to contribute money to Sexpressed with the knowledge that no goods or services will be given to you in return. If you choose to retract your donation for any reason, you may do so within fourteen (14) business days from the date of the original donation. In that event, all monies will be returned to you in the manner they were received. Any requests for refunds for donations that are made more than fourteen (14) business days after the donation has been processed cannot be refunded.
